MRA Bali International Triathlon

MRA BALI International Triathlon 2009, is an international scale event that took place in Jimbaran Bay. This annual event has a place in the International Sports calendar and is fully supported by the people of Bali. Surfer Girl and Blue Groove were amonst the sponsors for this event and witnessed the awesome competition joined by professional athletes from all over the world.

The Triathlon race consisted of three sports, namely swimming a distance of 1.5 km, followed by cycling 40 km and ending with a mini-marathon run for 10 km. For the MRA BALI International Triathlon 2009, participants swam from the beach front of the Four Seasons Jimbaran / Intercontinental Bali Resort beach, where the participants made a transition to their bikes and continued with the next segment. Games and doorprizes from Surfer Girl and Blue Groove brought the fun to the sport scene along with the Surfer Girl team and Surfer Girl models (who presented the prizes!).
